A way in
Make one short stroke before changing the controls. Then alter the symmetry and repeat a similar gesture. Leave space to see what each setting contributes.
Free browser artwork; no account is needed to start drawing. The creator credits music and sound, but the page does not say when sound begins or whether touch is supported. A promotional sign-up link is visible.
Afterward
Why we chose it
A small movement spreads into a form you could not make through that movement alone. Silk lets you draw within a system of symmetry and flowing marks, then adjust the conditions and try again. Besides the finished image, there is the back-and-forth between what you intend and how the system responds: choosing a gesture, meeting what the system makes of it, and deciding what to do next.
What it may shift The share of a creative result that belongs to its rules.
Which part of the result felt like your choice, and which felt like an answer? Did a constraint become more useful once you could recognize it?
